Visit your local swiff retailer, grab a swiff hang tag, and bring it to the cashier. Click here to find participating retailers across Canada.
Step 2: Purchase Your swiff Voucher
Let the cashier know the dollar amount you would like loaded on your swiff voucher. Pay for your swiff voucher using cash, credit or debit card. The cashier will then give you your official swiff voucher with vital information on it, including the 16-digit PIN, expiry date, and CVV code (similar to a credit card).
Step 3: Start Using swiff Online!
Visit any one of our online partners who accept swiff and use it, just like cash! No credit card or bank card required – it’s that simple. You will be prompted to enter your 16-digit PIN, expiry date, and 3-digit CVV code, which can all be found at the bottom of your swiff voucher (highlighted in the illustration below).
